ACIIA Celebrates 20 Years of Leadership and Collaboration Across Asia-Pacific

The anniversary celebration served as both a reflection on ACIIA’s remarkable journey since its establishment in 2006 and a recognition of the individuals and Institutes whose leadership, dedication, and vision have contributed to the Confederation’s growth and success.

Participants were then taken through a special presentation showcasing the ACIIA journey, tracing the Confederation’s evolution into one of the most influential regional organizations supporting internal auditors across Asia-Pacific.
The event also recognized the member Institutes that form the backbone of ACIIA. Commemorative certificates were presented to founding members and affiliate Institutes in appreciation of their commitment and continued support in advancing the internal audit profession throughout the region. Today, ACIIA stands as the second-largest region globally within The Institute of Internal Auditors network, reflecting the strength and unity of its member Institutes.

As ACIIA marks this significant milestone, the Confederation remains committed to fostering collaboration, supporting professional development, and strengthening the impact of internal auditing throughout Asia-Pacific.
