Sophia, CIA, CCSA and CRMA, is a Master of Engineering and has acquired Principal Auditor and Senior Engineer Qualifications in China. She is the Head of Audit Department in a leading engineering enterprise in China, before which, she had worked as the Head of Audit and Risk Management Department for a Namibian world-class mining company for more than 6 years. Sophia has been an expert trainer in Internal Audit Quality Assessment of IIA China since 2009. The enterprise she serves is the first organisation which has successfully
completed a full QA by The IIA in mainland China under her leadership of the internal QA team.
