Sheng Xi, CIA, CPA, is a distinguished internal audit and accounting professional with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. A graduate of the Accounting Department of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, he has held a variety of leadership and professional roles throughout his career. He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd. and Chief Audit Executive of China Eastern Airlines Group prior to his retirement. Mr. Xi is an adjunct professor at Nanjing Audit University and holds both Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) credentials. He has also contributed significantly to the global internal audit profession, having served as a member of The IIA Global International Relations Committee and as a Board Member of The IIA Global. Earlier in his career, he worked with the Australian National Audit Office from 1986 to 1987 and with KPMG in London from 1989 to 1992.
