Lishuang Fang

He currently serves as Vice General Manager of the Internal Audit Department of a world‑leading commercial real estate operating group. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the largest cinema chain company listed in China.

Previously, Mr. Fang was a government auditor with the China National Audit Office, and later served as Deputy Director of External Audit (China) at the United Nations Board of Auditors from 2011 to 2014.

With extensive experience spanning national, external, and internal audit, Mr. Fang has developed deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, anti-fraud investigations, internal control systems, and operational effectiveness and efficiency across both public- and private-sector organizations.

Mr. Fang also served on the IIA Global Board of Directors from 2019 to 2023, contributing to the advancement of the internal audit profession worldwide.
